A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Byron Satchell, #151061

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on September 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. to consider the possible parole of Byron Satchell, #151061. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams.

Byron Satchell was sentenced to a term of Life for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct – 1st Degree-Habitual 4th. Byron Satchell was sentenced on June 20, 1985, out of St. Joseph County. 

Colin Riehl, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.

When logging into the hearing, your video camera must be turned off and audio muted to eliminate distraction during the hearing.
