Michigan National Guard to Hold 2024 State Leadership Conference and Forum

LANSING, Mich. — The Michigan National Guard (MING) will hold their 2024 State Leadership Conference and Forum August 24-25 at Huntington Place in Detroit.

The professional development conference will feature a variety of topics to include innovative leadership, Michigan’s National All-Domain Warfighting Center (NADWC), future operating environments and missions and support programs available to service members and their families. Additionally, the conference includes professional networking sessions, providing an opportunity for junior service members to interact with senior leaders from across the state. 

“Fostering leadership within this next generation of MING members is critical to the future success of the organization as many of these members are our leaders of tomorrow,” said U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul D. Rogers, adjutant general and director of the Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
