DMVA to Join Repatriation Ceremony for Private First Class Edward J. Kramer at Great Lakes National Cemetery

LANSING, Mich. — The Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) will attend a Repatriation Ceremony for U.S. Army Private First Class (PFC) Edward J. Kramer, 23, of Detroit, killed during World War II. The ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. on October 14 at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
