As a result, many people have experienced their own trauma reactions as well as been impacted by community and global trauma. In addition, many have experienced secondary trauma when supporting others who have experienced distressing events. This session will assist you in recognizing trauma reactions, understanding the impact, and strategies to mitigate the toll trauma can take by building resiliency.
