Featured Information:

Benefits Open Enrollment (BOE) for CY2025 will run from October 14, 2024 through November 1, 2024. BOE is your annual opportunity to enroll in or change your benefit elections for health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts (FSAs). The effective date for new enrollments and changes is January 1, 2025. Visit www.mi.gov/boe and www.mi.gov/fsa for enrollment resources and information.

Preventive Care Vaccines: The State of Michigan Flu Vaccine Clinic Program was discontinued after the close of the 2022 flu vaccine clinic season. Flu vaccines are administered at over 1,000 locations statewide, including your primary care physician’s office, local health department, vaccination clinics, and retail pharmacies. Visit the MDHHS Flu Vaccine Finder for assistance in locating a provider within your county. Preventive care vaccines for children and adults, such as flu, COVID-19, shingles, and childhood immunizations continue to be covered at 100% for employees and dependents who are insured by a state-sponsored group health insurance plan.
