Employee Service Program

  • Confidential
  • No Cost
  • Voluntary

In May, we recognize Mental Health Awareness Month. In 2022, Twenty-three percent of adults in the US experienced a mental illness, but less than half received treatment. Anxiety disorders are the most frequently reported mental illness affecting just over nineteen percent of adults in the US while major depressive episodes account for the second most common at 8.3%.

Just as we pay attention to our physical health, it is important to focus on our mental and emotional health too. If left untreated, our mental health can begin to have effects on our physical health over time.

At ESP, we want to remind you that it’s okay to not be okay and that support is available. Let’s work together this May to increase awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
