April is Alcohol Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness and understanding of alcohol abuse. Over time, excessive alcohol consumption can lead to the development of chronic diseases and other serious issues that affect overall quality of life, physical and mental health.

By educating ourselves and supporting one another, we can address alcohol-related issues with compassion, empathy, and understanding. Together, we can make a difference in promoting alcohol awareness and education on resources.

ESP has resources and Screening Tools to help you, or your loved ones explore healthy ways to cope and incorporate wellness and a more balanced lifestyle.

Rethinking Drinking: Alcohol and Your Health is an interactive tool that offers valuable, research-based information for anyone who drinks.

"Talk. They Hear You". App helps you prepare for one of the most important conversations you may ever have with you kids about underage drinking.
