- State Personnel Director Janine M. Winters
Vested with the administrative powers of the Civil Service Commission, the state personnel director is responsible for implementing the policy and program directives of that body. The director also oversees Bureau of Benefits Administration, Financial and Administrative Services, and Central Communications.
- Deputy State Personnel Director Jonathan Patterson
The deputy director serves as a member of the director's leadership team and assists with formulating and implementing the commission's policies and directives. The deputy director oversees the Human Resources Operations, Human Resource Training and Development, and Career Services.
- General Counsel John Gnodtke
The general counsel serves as a member of the director's leadership team and assists with formulating and implementing the commission's policies and directives. The general counsel oversees the Office of General Counsel, the Office of Business Applications Support, and Office of Classification, Selection, and Compensation.
