Performance Management

Welcome to on-line Performance Management. Supervisors and employees can create their performance plans and later do the performance review on-line in self-service. Each agency determines when its employees will use the system. Contact your agency performance management liaison for agency specific information.

For Civil Service Commission employees, please follow this link for instructions on using the new NEOGOV Performance Management system. This new system will be rolled out to additional agencies throughout 2013.
