HR Self-Service & Earnings Statement Password Help

New Employees:
Login information is mailed to the home address on file or can be emailed if you have a valid State of Michigan email address. If you do not receive login information within two weeks of your hire date, email HRMN Central Security.  

Temporary Pin:
Employees that have not completed their Security Questionnaire will receive a Temporary Pin. Once your Security Questionnaire is complete, you will receive a new Password.

Password Resets:
If you have completed your Security Questionnaire, answer two questions to receive a new password.

If you are still having issues with your password try troubleshooting your password or verify your browser.

Note: If you are no longer an active employee, your HR Self-Service access expires in 90 days
