Civil Service Connect

Welcome to Civil Service Connect!

Civil Service Connect is a consolidated-services portal combining services from the MI HR Service Center, Employee Benefits, Disability Management Office, Disability Management Unit (MDOC), and agency HR Offices.

Enter the portal and click the Disability Management tab above My Dashboard to submit leave of absence requests and workers' compensation claims. New users should follow the First-Time Login steps to the right.

The Civil Service Connect dashboard will allow you to track the status of your request, view any request for documents, and upload documents directly, without having to make a call, send an email, or mail a hard copy.

First-Time Login

1. Click the Enter the Civil Service Connect Portal button on this page.
2. You will be directed to the Civil Service Connect MiLogin Page. 
3. Check the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" box after reviewing, and click the Add Service button.
4. The page will refresh, showing Civil Service Connect has been successfully added. Click the Launch Service button.
5. A new window will appear. Click the MiLogin - Worker button under Sign in with an external account.
6. The Civil Service Connect Portal will load in this new window.
7. Returning users can click the Enter the Civil Service Connect Portal button to login directly after their first-time login.
