Urgent Situations
For urgent after-hours mental health situations, employees covered by the State Health Plan PPO may contact Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) in partnership with New Directions at 1-866-503-3158. Employees covered by an HMO plan may contact their HMO by calling the telephone number located on the back of their HMO insurance card.
