Weekly Mindfulness Breaks
The Weekly Mindfulness Breaks will consist of mindfulness practices including deep breathing, guided meditation, and other relaxation strategies aimed at reducing stress and increasing wellness. These sessions will not only give you a great break during the workday but leave you feeling more productive and focused.
The brief mindfulness sessions will be provided via Teams Meeting format with no registration needed. Sessions will be held every Tuesday from 10:30 to 10:45 a.m. Simply click the link below on any Tuesday starting at 10:30 a.m. to join the session.
