American Psychological Association defines anxiety as, “an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts, and physical changes such as increased blood pressure or heart rate”. Anxiety can be normal in stressful situations like driving in heavy traffic or public speaking, but it can also be an indicator of something more when those feelings become excessive and interfere with everyday life. This webinar will help you better understand anxiety symptoms, learn strategies, like building resilience, to help manage our anxiety.
