Understanding Trauma and Building Resiliency: Wednesday, August 6, at 11:00 a.m.–11:45 a.m.
In the last several years, we have experienced a variety of new and particularly stressful situations. As a result, many people have experienced their own trauma reactions as well as been impacted by community and global trauma. In addition, many have experienced secondary trauma when supporting others who have experienced distressing events. This session will assist you in recognizing trauma reactions, understanding the impact, and strategies to mitigate the toll trauma can take by building resiliency.
Suicide Awareness and Prevention for Employees: Wednesday, September 3, at 11:00 a.m.–11:45 a.m.
Employees spend a large portion of their day at work and can get to know their coworkers well. As a result, they may see signs that could suggest risk for suicide, making the workplace an ideal location for suicide prevention strategies. This important session equips employees with information about suicide risks and warning signs, as well as skills and resources available for addressing potential concerns. The valuable information provided in this session applies not only to the workplace but can be used outside of work as well.

Communication in the workplace has never been as challenging as it is today. With a blend of in-office, remote, and hybrid work schedules, constant change, and the discussion of potentially divisive topics and issues, it is vital that we communicate kindly and productively. This webinar will help identify current communication hurdles and teach methods that can lead to more effective and positive workplace communication.
