Jessica provides assessment, short-term problem resolution, referral, and follow-up services for Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) employees and family members. Jessica is also certified by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) to provide critical incident stress management services. Jessica has 15 years of experience in Children’s Protective Services (CPS) as a services specialist and was promoted to Services Program Manager in 2013. Jessica’s education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a certification in Evidence Based Trauma Treatment from Michigan State University. Jessica’s areas of interest include trauma/Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), suicide prevention, secondary trauma, mindfulness, and overall DHHS stress management and wellness.
