Enrollment Information

Benefits for Life Open Enrollment begins March 13, 2023 and ends March 31, 2023. Enroll by visiting benefitsforlife.org and following the on-screen instructions. You may also enroll by calling 888-825-8395.

New Hires and employees returning from a Leave of Absence with a start date outside of the annual Benefits for Life open enrollment will need to wait until the next open enrollment to make elections in most benefits.

Employees can enroll in Auto and Home Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) at any time throughout the year. Employees can also enroll in Supplemental Term Life Insurance and Identity Theft within 60 days of your hire date. To enroll in any of these benefits call 888-825-8395 (888-VALUE-95).

**Register at som.abenity.com using the code BFLPerks (case sensitive) and your State of Michigan email address. Once registered, enrollment will never expire. Registration can be completed year-round.

If a change in coverage, new enrollment, or policy termination takes place outside of the annual BFL Open Enrollment, it can take up to two pay periods for any associated premium deduction change to reflect on the employee's earning statement.
