Office of Compliance

Office of Compliance staff monitor and review HR activities for personnel and payroll transactions involving classified employees and contracted services. These include selection activities, classification, payroll and performance transactions, union and military leaves and disbursements for personal services. Staff conduct compliance reviews of MCSC operational activities at the request of the commission or director. Staff also approve or reject agency requests to disburse funds for personal services under the commission’s rules and regulations and report on disbursements to the legislature.
