| On February 10, 2010, the Civil Service Commission approved the following amendments to the Civil Service Rules: Rule 5-10.3: Rule amended to require NEREs to take 28 hours of banked leave time between February 21 and September 4, 2010, at 2 hours per pay period. Part time employees are required to take a prorated amount of banked leave time. Rule 5-11: Rule amended to recognize a separate state health plan for employees hired on and after April 1, 2010. The Commission also approved the specific changes to the current health plan PPO to go into effect on April 1, 2010, for new hires. Copies of the amended rules and the new-hire health plan changes are attached. |
