|DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO CIVIL SERVICE REGULATIONS 3.04, SELECTION OF EMPLOYEES FOR POSITION VACANCIES FROM AN AGENCY CREATED APPLICANT POOL, 3.08, ESTABLISHMENT, USE, AND DURATION OF APPLICANT POOLS MAINTAINED BY CIVIL SERVICE, AND 3.12, RETURN-TO-WORK APPOINTMENTS
|Proposed changes to the Civil Service regulations listed above are being circulated for review and comment. Most revisions are due to the implementation of NEOGOV.
In addition, regulation 3.03, Selection of Employees for Position Vacancies When Using a Certified Applicant Pool Maintained by Civil Service, is no longer needed because any necessary language will be incorporated into regulation 3.04. Regulation 3.03 will become obsolete once proposed changes are finalized in regulation 3.04.
