| Civil Service regulation 3.02, Student Assistants in the Classified Service, is being issued to reflect the addition of a new standard to address special noncareer classifications. Standard O clarifies Civil Service rule 2-1.2 which allows the establishment of special noncareer classifications. In accordance with Standard C of Regulation 1.01, Issuance of Civil Service Regulations, the attached regulation is being issued with an effective date of June 13, 2010.
