Civil Service regulation 5.07, Performance-Pay Programs, is being issued to reflect changes to Standard C.8 with regard to fiscal year (FY) 10-11 limits. This provision which prohibits performance-pay increases to be awarded or approved is being extended from the previous September 30, 2010 ending date to October 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010. In accordance with Standard C of Regulation 1.01, Issuance of Civil Service Regulations, the attached regulation is being issued with an effective date of October 1, 2010.
