| On December 8, 2010, the Civil Service Commission approved amendments to the Civil Service rules. The amendments streamline the technical qualification appeal process. Effective immediately, appeals of Civil Service staff qualification appeals will be limited to a single, final, redetermination by the State Personnel Director (SPD). No further appeal to the Employment Relations Board or the Civil Service Commission will be available. The attached rules are the sections as amended.
