SUBJECT: REGULATION 6.06: COORDINATED COMPENSATION PLAN
 
Due to requests from the prior administration, the start of the coordinated compensation plan (CCP) process for FY 2011-12 was delayed. Because of the short window remaining to complete the CCP process, following the normal schedule and process is not feasible. Amendments to explicitly authorize the State Personnel Director to establish alternative CCP procedures have been made to Civil Service Regulation 6.06, Coordinated Compensation Plan. The amendments add Standard 4.E. I intend to issue such alternative CCP procedures shortly.

In accordance with Standard C of Regulation 1.01, Issuance of Civil Service Regulations, Regulation 6.06 is being issued with an effective date of January 9, 2010.
