SUBJECT: CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION 4.08, WORKING OUT OF CLASS
 
Civil Service Regulation 4.08, Working out of Class, is being amended to further standardize working-out-of-class eligibility criteria across the classified service. Previous Standard 4.B.1.b of the regulation is being deleted.

In accordance with Standard C of Regulation 1.01, Issuance of Civil Service Regulations, the attached regulation is issued with an effective date of May 1, 2011.
