SUBJECT: REGULATION 4.01, POSITION CLASSIFICATION ACTIONS THAT REQUIRE CIVIL SERVICE REVIEW
 
Civil Service regulation 4.01, Position Classification Actions That Require Civil Service Review, is being issued to reflect minor language changes relative to selective position requirements. These changes are reflected in Standard F.2. and conform to the rule definition for selective position requirements.

In accordance with Standard C of regulation 1.01, Issuance of Civil Service Regulations, the attached regulation is being issued with an effective date of June 26, 2011.
