State Personnel Director Official Communication 11-06
December 5, 2011
TO: | ALL APPOINTING AUTHORITIES, HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICERS, AND RECOGNIZED EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATIONS |
FROM: | JEREMY S. STEPHENS STATE PERSONNEL DIRECTOR |
SUBJECT: | REVISED COORDINATED COMPENSATION PLAN (CCP) SCHEDULE FOR FY 2012-13 |
Civil Service Commission Rule 5-1.3, Coordinated Compensation Plan, states:The coordinated compensation panel shall send a recommended coordinated compensation plan for all nonexclusively represented classified employees to the civil service commission. The panel shall consider negotiated collective bargaining agreements, any impasse panel recommendations, and any recommendations of the employer or employees. The panel shall send its recommendation on or before the date set by the state personnel director. Due to delays in the collective bargaining process, the FY 2012-13 Coordinated Compensation Plan (CCP) process was delayed until it was determined that impasse proceedings would not be needed. With the recent announcement of ratification of all contracts, I am announcing the following schedule for the FY 2012-13 CCP process to allow completion before the Civil Service Commission meeting on December 15, 2011.
