I have established the following timetable for secondary negotiations and impasse resolution:
To reduce administrative burdens for the parties, a new filing option will be offered to the parties this year. A party may continue under the previous system with multiple paper and electronic copies in clean and legislative formats. Alternatively, a party may elect to submit all proposals electronically in track-changes format in a Microsoft Word document. If electronic filing is selected physical copies will only be required for hearings exhibits. Please contact John Gnodtke at (517) 373-2611 with any questions on electronic filing. Additional guidance will be provided to the parties as the filing deadlines approach. |
