SUBJECT: CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION 1.04, REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION
 
Proposed changes to Regulation 1.04, Reasonable Accommodation, were circulated for review and comment under SPDOC 12-14, dated August 22, 2012.

Amendments to this regulation remove outdated references to form names and retention schedules and provide additional flexibility in evaluating the efficacy of accommodations.

The attached regulation is now being issued with an effective date of September 2, 2012.
