SUBJECT: DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION 5.07, PERFORMANCE-PAY PROGRAMS
 
Staff proposes two modifications to Regulation 5.07, Performance-Pay Programs:
 
  1. Standard C.8 would be removed to reflect the expiration of the FY 10-11 limits.



    2.  
  2. Standard G would be removed, and conversions to ECP Groups 1, 2, 3, or 4 would be covered under Standard F to provide more flexibility to appointing authorities.
