SUBJECT: CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION RULE AMENDEMENTS: RULE 5-6, ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION: MISCELLANEOUS
 
At its meeting on March 20, 2013, the Civil Service Commission approved two amendments to Rule 5-6:
 
  1. Rule 5-6.3 was amended to (a) remove references to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and (b) make the premium available to employees at all levels of three classes who perform the required out-of-state work. These rule changes are effective immediately.



    2.  
  2. Rule 5-6.13 was amended to reflect changes to the lottery sales incentive program authorized in the most recent coordinated compensation process. These rule changes will become effective on October 1, 2013.
