SUBJECT: CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION 5.07, PERFORMANCE-PAY PROGRAMS
 
Proposed changes to Regulation 5.07, Performance-Pay Programs, were circulated for review and comment under SPDOC 13-02, dated February 28, 2013.

Language regarding the expiration of the FY 10-11 limits has been deleted. Salary upon conversion to ECP Groups 1, 2, 3, or 4 is now covered under Standard F to provide more flexibility to appointing authorities. As a result of including this under Standard F, the former Standard G has been removed.

The attached regulation is now being issued with an effective date of March 31, 2013.
