|SUBJECT:||CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION 8.05, Employment Relations Board Appeal Procedures
|Civil Service Regulation 8.05, Employment Relations Board Appeal Procedures, is being issued to reflect updated court rule language. Under Standard O.10, the phrase "petition for review" has been changed to "claim of appeal", "respondent" has been changed to "appellee", and the Michigan Court Rule is now 7.117. Under Standard A.4, the previous language for b. (employment sanctions) was deleted as it is not applicable. Rule references have also been updated.
In accordance with Standard C. of Regulation 1.01, Issuance of Civil Service Regulations, the attached regulation is being issued with an effective date of July 7, 2013.
