SUBJECT: DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION 4.05, FREQUENCY OF REVIEW OF POSITIONS
 
Staff proposes language modifications to Regulation 4.05, Frequency of Review of Positions, for clarification purposes only.
 
  1. Clarifying when an early reclassification can be implemented by the Appointing Authority and when it should be submitted to Civil Service for review and approval.

  2. Standard E defines early reclassification. This language is being added as it was inadvertently removed during the last review of the Regulation.
