SUBJECT: DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION 3.06,, EMPLOYMENT SANCTIONS
 
Staff proposes modifications to Regulation 3.06, Employment Sanctions:
 
  1. Reorganizing the regulation to make it more concise and straightforward.


    2.  
  2. Clarifying that sanctions may be issued after dismissal, even if challenges to the discharge are ongoing.


    3.  
  3. Clarifying a process to request removal of sanctions based on changed circumstances.


    4.  
  4. Clarifying the status of convictions and expunged convictions.
