DSTARS Decision Database

The MiLogin DSTARS Enterprise Database is a searchable database with the full text of selected decisions of the Michigan Civil Service Commission, Employment Relations Board, and technical review and hearing officers.

  • The public may access the database through a MiLogin Third Party account. New users must create an account. View the MiLogin Help Page for help creating an account.
  • State employees with a MiLogin Worker account whose duties require access to decisions may request access through the internal or external portals. An explanation of business need may be required to permit access. State employees may also create a third-party account for non-work use.
