This event will feature departments with careers such as State Police Trooper, Emergency Dispatcher, Corrections Officers and more. You will have the opportunity to attend a virtual information session to hear from recruiters about our jobs within the public safety and law enforcement fields, the application process, resumes and cover letters, interview preparation, and more. Departments and agencies across state government will be represented and would love to share with you jobs of interest in public safety and law enforcement!
The State of Michigan has a wide variety of career opportunities for entry-level to experienced job seekers.
We have jobs that require the following:
A high school diploma or GED
Some college credits
A bachelor’s degree or higher
