Detroit Casino Revenues & Wagering Taxes for April
down by 4.1% in comparison to the same month last year and were also down by 7.2% compared to the last month (March 2009).
The Michigan Gaming Control Board reports today that the aggregate revenue and taxes for all three Detroit casinos for the month of April were
Revenue for MGM Grand and MotorCity casinos were down by 5.58%, 5.32%, respectively, whereas Greektown was up by 0.06% compared to the same month last
year.
For the month of April 2009, gaming taxes for the 3 Detroit casinos were $10.165 Million compared to $9.24 Million for the same period last year.
