Gambling Awareness Program (GAP)

The Michigan Gaming Control Board’s Gambling Awareness Program (GAP) provides grant funding to help Michigan schools and eligible community organizations deliver evidence-based gambling education and awareness programming.

The program supports education that helps participants understand gambling risks, make informed decisions, recognize potential signs of problem gambling, and learn about available resources and support.

Up to $10,000 in grant funding is available per eligible organization.

Applications open September 2026 and will be accepted while funding remains available.
