Evelyn Esparza-Gonzalez is a dedicated financial leader with over a decade of experience strengthening mission-driven organizations. Her career has focused on developing systems that empower communities and advance equity, from supporting early childhood initiatives at Family Futures to leading transformative operational improvements as President of the Hispanic Center of Western Michigan. She has guided financial planning for programs serving older adults at the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan and now serves as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Habitat for Humanity Kent County, where she combines her expertise with her deep commitment to making safe, affordable housing a reality for more families. Evelyn holds a Master of Accountancy from Davenport University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Grand Valley State University.
