Former Falk Road Landfill Townhall Meeting
The Michigan PFAS Action Response Team (MPART) will host a public meeting about the per- and polyfluoroalkyl substance (PFAS) investigation at the Former Falk Road Landfill. MPART representatives will share an overview of PFAS and will provide information about possible health effects related to PFAS exposure.
A Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) contractor, WSP of Michigan, Inc. and EGLE representative will provide a technical presentation which will include an overview of groundwater PFAS data gathered, analysis performed, and their conclusions.
Community members will have the opportunity to ask questions after the presentations.
