Executive Branch
The State of Michigan (SOM) 1340.00.130.03 Social Media Standard establishes a statewide policy for the creation, use, and management of SOM social media, social networking accounts for executive branch departments, agencies and sub-units. Please contact SocialMedia@Michigan.gov with questions about this policy. Employee use of social media is guided by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget’s policy 1340.00.130.02 Acceptable Use of Information Technology Standard. Departments may have supplemental policies on employee use of social media. -
