      1. Eric Scorsone, Chair, will ask Kevin Kubacki about extension requests. Eric Scorsone, Chair, will require a motion to receive corrective action plan (voice vote).

      1. Kevin has a comment about the new process for the boards receipt of corrective action plans. Eric Scorsone, Chair, will require a motion to receive corrective action plan (voice vote).
