Gov. Whitmer Signs Bill Into Law
LANSING, Mich. -- Today, Governor Whitmer signed Senate Bill 630 into law today.
Senate Bill 630 amends the Public Health Code to establish a licensing and regulation structure for wholesale distributor-brokers of pharmaceuticals. The bill was sponsored by Senator John Bizon, R-Battle Creek.
