Workers' Compensation

Eligibility

Full service credit will be given for periods during which you are on a leave of absence and receiving weekly workers' compensation benefits as the result of a duty-incurred disability. 

Conditions

Credit can be granted only as long as an employer-employee relationship exists.

Cost

No cost to you.

Application

If you received weekly workers' compensation payments at any time during the course of your employment with the state and that credit is not reflected on your annual member statement, contact ORS.
