Governor Whitmer announced the Child Care Relief Fund to cover costs during the COVID-19 state of emergency. Applications for the June time frame of this program is now open. The State of Michigan has allocated $15 million of CARES Act funding to implement the Michigan Agricultural Safety Grant Program to support the needs of Michigan’s agricultural processors and farms. As part of the application process, applicants are required to register in the State’s Vendor System, SIGMA, and to enroll to receive grant funds by EFT. Please follow the instructions below to register as a vendor in SIGMA. Grants will be processed as they are received while funds are available. Vendors who wish to do business with the state can sign up for SIGMA and begin the process of bidding for contracts.
Individuals can use SIGMA to track payments sent to them from the State. Sole Proprietors are also able to use the system.
Those who have been granted a reward by the State can view their demographic and payment information on SIGMA.
