Bonus Hawgs is a Seal Card Game Featuring 2 Options for Play
How to Play:
Each game(deal) of Bonus Hawgs contains 450 tickets and a seal card. Instant winners are contained throughout the deal. In addition, 15 tickets contain HOLD numbers. Players retain HOLD tickets for a chance to win a minimum of $100. Bonus Hawgs features 2 options for seal card play.
Instructions
1. Two Winner Option: Once all tickets are sold, open the window on the left at the top of the seal card. Two players with the matching HOLD number and serial number on their ticket win $100.
OR
Jackpot Option: Once all tickets are sold, open the window on the right at the top of the seal card. The player with the matching HOLD number and serial number on their ticket wins $100 and a chance at the Jackpot. Winner indicated in the window picks one window in the top half (1-6). Find top half of Hawg to pick one window from bottom half (7-12). Find bottom half of Hawg for complete Hawg and win JACKPOT. Find “SORRY” and your turn ends and $100 rolls into jackpot.
2. If Bonus Hawgs is played with Jackpot Option, and the player with the matching HOLD number cannot be located when it is revealed, that player still wins $100, but:
a) A random player may select windows as stated in “Jackpot Option” instructions to determine if the HOLD ticket winner also wins the jackpot.
b) If “SORRY” is selected on the top 6 or bottom 6 windows, the jackpot rolls over to the next deal of Bonus Hawgs and is increased by $100.
3. If a Bonus Hawgs HOLD ticket winner has not been identified, an announcement is made that the unclaimed Bonus Hawgs HOLD ticket winner has not less than 14 days to claim their prize. For the next 14 days, or until the Bonus Hawgs HOLD ticket winnings have been claimed, the seal card must be posted at any consecutive bingo game. It must be a part of the game records.
4. In all play options of Bonus Hawgs, the worker opening the selected window must clearly announce the serial number of the deal and what number(s) are behind window and show the seal card to two or more players. No additional windows are permitted to be opened.
5. If a licensee wants to cap the jackpot amount, they must clearly indicate in the house rules what the jackpot cap will be and a statement stating that when the jackpot reaches the jackpot cap amount that the HOLD winner will automatically win the jackpot.
6. If a) the jackpot reaches the jackpot cap, b) a licensee will close permanently or for an extended period, or c) if the licensee has other reasons to end a Bonus Hawgs jackpot progression, a final deal must be played in which an announcement including the serial number of the game(deal) is clearly made before the sale of that game, that the HOLD winner will automatically win the jackpot.
7. Whenever there is a player complaint involving a game, log the issue along with the names of players involved. Maintain seal card and documentation with the game records.
