2. The serial number being played must be announced before the drawing of bingo ball numbers begins. All tickets in the deal must be sold. The first player to dab all 3 numbers, including the last number called on their hold ticket and make their bingo known to a worker or caller before the next number is completely called wins. NOTE: Once 3 numbers in a downline on the flashboard is called, there is a potential winner.
3. If the Gold Dab holder is the winner, they receive $300 prize and the person holding the Spare Change ticket wins $100.

If the Grey Dab holder is the winner, they receive $100 prize and the person holding the Spare Change ticket wins $300.

For example, if there is 1 Gold Dab Hold winner and 1 Green Dab Hold winner, the Gold Dab Hold winner is paid half of $300, receiving $150, the Green Dab Hold winner is paid half of $200, receiving $100, the Spare Change hold winner is paid the balance of the total event prize of $400, receiving $150.
5. Due to the nature of Spare Change, players must be present for a chance to win the dab portion of the $400 prize.
6. Each player must be afforded an equal opportunity to win through the method of play, mixing of numbers, uniformity of color and markings on items being drawn, and integrity of any equipment.
