How to Play:

Lucky Day is a charity game ticket played in conjunction with a random drawing of bingo numbers 1 through 75. Each box(deal) contains 720 tickets, including 40 instant winners, and 170 dual dab HOLD tickets. NOTE: There is a 10% chance of multiple winners that will split the prize equally.

Instructions
1. Before the first game begins, 2 players must verify all bingo numbers are present.  The names of the people who verify the bingo numbers shall be recorded and become part of the game record.  Two players must witness that all 75 numbers are included in the drawing.

2. The serial number and game name being played must be announced before the drawing of bingo ball numbers begin. All tickets in the deal must be sold. The first player to dab all numbers, including the last number called on their hold ticket and make their bingo known to a worker or caller before the next number is completely called wins. NOTE: With dual dab tickets, only 1 of the 2 numbers must be covered in each box.

3. Due to the nature of Lucky Day, players must be present for a chance to win the dab portion of the $500 prize.

4. Each player must be afforded an equal opportunity to win through the method of play, mixing of numbers, uniformity of color and markings on items being drawn, and integrity of any equipment.

Disputed Games
5. If there are problems with the objects being drawn, a drawing receptacle, random number generator, or the operation of the drawing, then all the following provisions shall apply:
a) If it is discovered while the game is in progress, that game is void and shall be replayed using the same HOLD tickets at no cost to the players.
b) If it is discovered immediately following the drawing, the just-completed game is void and must be replayed using the same HOLD tickets at no cost to players.

6. If it is discovered that a number was incorrectly called, improperly placed, or improperly entered into a master board, the game must be stopped.
a) Upon immediate discovery, the error shall be corrected by clearly restating the incorrect call or indicating the improper placement and indicating what the correct call or placement should have been and continue the game.
b) After additional balls have been called, if it is determined by the chairperson that the game cannot be reconstructed, then the game must be declared void and replayed during the same occasion using the same HOLD tickets.

7. In the case of a disputed game, the bureau may instruct a licensee to replay a ticket game.  Iif a prize has been paid to a player before the discovery of the error, then the prize must remain the property of the player.

8. Whenever there is a player complaint involving a game, log the issue along with the names of players involved. Maintain documentation with the game records including flare card with corresponding HOLD tickets.
