The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing onMonday, Jan. 24, 2005, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Thomas Spangler, #A431394. It will be held at 9 a.m.at Duane Waters Hospital, Jackson.
Thomas Spangler is serving a term of 2 years 6 months - 10 years for the crime of breaking and entering. He was sentenced on Dec. 9, 2003, from Montmorency County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
