Jose Rabago is serving eight concurrent sentences. He was sentenced on March 17, 2003, from Calhoun County, to 3 - 15 years for the crime of 4th Controlled Substance; on June 2, 2003, from Calhoun County to 3 - 30 years for the crimes of 4th Uttering & Publishing (2 counts) and 4th Larceny in a Building, and 3 - 15 years for the crime of 4th Larceny in a Building; on December 12, 2002, from Barry County to 2 - 8 years for the crime of Larceny in a Building; on October 6, 1997, from Kalamazoo County to 4 - 10 years for the crime of Larceny from a Person; on March 25, 1996, from Van Buren County to 1 - 2 years for the crime of Att. Larceny in a Building; and on September 25, 1987, from Branch County to 2 years 6 months - 15 years for the crime of Breaking & Entering.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
